The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)—established by the Department of Labor and Department of Education—helps remove barriers for individuals seeking quality employment. WIOA provides funding for training programs that equip individuals with essential skills and certifications needed for high-demand careers, ensuring long-term job stability.

The amount varies based on factors such as state, regional funding, and individual circumstances.

Once you're deemed eligible and have completed the necessary paperwork, evaluations, and assessments, we aim to enroll you as quickly as possible. Courses start weekly.

WIOA Eligibility

To qualify for WIOA funding, you must meet one or more of the following criteria

18 years or older
U.S. citizen or legal resident
Possess a high school diploma or GED
Eligible for government assistance programs
Classified as a dislocated worker (e.g., plant/factory closure, layoffs, loss of primary income)
Terminated or laid off (or received a layoff notice) and qualify for or have exhausted unemployment benefits
Self-employed but currently out of work (e.g., farmers, ranchers, and fishermen affected by economic downturns or natural disasters)
